Senior Check-In is hiring a weekend Care Coordinator to serve Indianapolis-area families that need an extra hand at home. Our weekend coordinator is responsible to fill shifts when a call-off arises and we can’t find staff to cover. As a Care Coordinator, you are also responsible for the coordinating, planning, and documenting of employee and client schedules during non-office hours.

As a dedicated Senior Check-In Care Coordinator you will be helping Indianapolis-area seniors stay in their homes. A leadership position, Care Coordinators will spearhead a variety of personnel initiatives, including filling shifts as needed, recruiting caretakers, scheduling interviews, and conducting customer satisfaction surveys.

Job Details & Qualifications:
Compensation: $15-$18/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: 10-25 hours/week, day shift, evening shift (weekends only)
Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year(s) customer service, CNA/HHA/Caregiver experience, CPR/First Aid Certified
Work Location: Remote, on the road (as necessary)
